Services Provided: Board Retreat Facilitation - A 1/2 day or full day exercise where the organization is able to evaluate current programs and operations, as well as set goals for the upcoming year. This is an intense, but fun, way to find out where you are, where you want to be, and identify how to get there. Team Development and Leadership is easily incorporated into the full day program.   Mapping/Visioning Exercise Facilitation - Can be customized for time but this exercise enables the organization to see into the future. It is a three phase exercise where the organization works with the facilitator to design the areas and questions to ask, conducts idea generation, and develops an Action Plan with Key Next Steps, complete with time lines and responsible parties.   Business Plan/Marketing Plan Services - Organizations need to have a blueprint for success, a viable researched and designed Business Plan or Marketing Plan are essential for growth and profitability. I will work with existing or prospective organizations to help them design a plan for either that will aid them as they conduct operations.   Keynote addresses - Will customize (time and content) a presentation for an organization to address issues they face or areas they are interested in learning about. Motivating, informative, interactive, and fun for all participants.
